This is a 1970s townhouse designed by Keith Scott located in Beetham, Cumbria. We don’t know why this house which looks pretty vacant, is now for sale, albeit it looks it in a good condition.
In a ‘good’ condition means that the house’s condition is pretty much in the same state as its original construction in 1970s, but it comes with some upgrades. The kitchen recently has been updated, and some decor also looks recently updated, but beside that, pretty much anything else is in the original state. However, the property agent says, updates are required for the house’, so a private viewing might be needed in estimating what kind of update will better be applied.
Regardless of all of those, we adore the unique design of this townhouse, the wood ceilings that still remain original, and the upper balcony that offers some lovely views. Also, we do love the magnificent space that this house were planned to be.
This townhouse has three floors, in the inside there is a big kitchen/dining area with open room style, four bedrooms, as well as one bathroom/toiletry. On the outdoor part, you could find a lovely front garden as well as a bigger garden located on the backyard.
The house has been registered for the auction process and so, you’ll need to deposit some money first for the bidding process. The date is on February 16th 2017 with £190,000 for its guide price.
