Like a popular song in the Billboard chart, this house is a hot property, just entered the market. This is the 1950s modern townhouse designed by Mies van der Rohe in Detroit, Michigan.
Like we have mentioned before, this house is so revolutionary. It is mind-blowing to imagine that this design was made back in 1959. Apparently a revolutionary idea can be found in any era.
Like every best architecture design, this house has been proven to endure the trial of time. As a matter of fact, this house is still look contemporary, just the same as almost 60 years ago.
This house, over the years, has increasingly become more popular and because of that reason, the price for this house become more and more expensive. Still, this house is relatively cheaper than a small flat in London.
Despite of the price, many people are in love with this house, especially with this house’s very own design.
This house looks relatively untouched, although the kitchen as well as the floors was recently renovated in 2013. Nevertheless, we still able to feel the original charm of the house.
The total area of this residence is about 1,400 square feet. It contains two bathrooms as well as three bedrooms. Entering the house, you’ll find a large reception area connecting the kitchen and the back. There is also a quite large basement located at the back.
As being mentioned before, the price of this house is going to be more and more expensive. But for now the price still stand at $349,000. In addition to that, there’s also a cooperation payment, such as water and taxes as well as recycling and maintenance payment. The cooperation payment supposedly to include cable network as well as internet too, however, you’d better check it by yourself.
